Strict servers have rules that you must follow, when an admin sees you breaking rules, you can be imprisoned or banned from the server.
Mostly the players on the free roam servers are the ones who don’t know how to roleplay. They also don’t have rules you have to follow. You can kill the cops without any reason or without roleplay. In free roam servers, you can do everything you want. In GTA San Andreas Multiplayer or GTA SAMP, there are different types of servers, free roam servers, strict servers, and medium strict servers. One of the most enjoyable things about the game is when gangs face off and fill the city with shots and explosions!
